Pumpkin Chiffon Pie



Bottom Crust:
2 C of boxed yellow cake mix
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 C melted margarine
1 egg

Mix together until well blended. Spread on bottom of 9x13 pan

Middle layer:
3 C pumpkin
2 eggs
2/3 C milk
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C brown sugar

Mix together well. Spread over bottom layer.

Top layer:
Rest of boxed yellow cake mix
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 C softened butter
1/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Cut in butter to rest of ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture.

Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.

Serve with dollop of whip cream on top.
