Cheesy Bacon Biscuits

  •  These are awesome breakfast biscuits for a saturday morning or even a great side dish for dinner. Super easy and really good!
  •   1 egg 
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits 
  • 1/2 cup bacon pieces
  •  3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (optional- I don't usually include them) 
  • Mix egg and milk together. Add in bacon, cheese, and onions. Set aside.

    Cut each biscuit into quarters. Add to egg mix and coat well. 

    Spray a 9x13 pan well. This really sticks to dishes when cooking. Pour bread (and any extra egg mixture) into pan. Arrange so they are as equally spaced as possible. Bake @ 350 for 23-28 minutes or until golden brown on top.
